Perforated stainless steel sheets are mainly made of 304 or 316 stainless steel sheets with various hole shapes punched out, including round, square, slotted, diamond, or specified hole shape. Our perforated stainless steel sheets are of high quality and it can be used in various environments.
It is widely used in chemical machinery, pharmaceutical equipment, food and beverage machinery, cigarette roll machinery, harvesting machines, dry washing machine, scalding table, noise elimination equipment, refrigeration equipment (air conditioning) speaker, craft making, paper making, liquid pressure parts, filtering equipment，and other industries.
Materials:
Austenitic steels, Ferritic steels, Martensitic steels
Austenitic steels:
304 stainless steel: It is weldable, machinable, and suitable for a variety of applications, except for saltwater environments.
316 stainless steel: Compared to 304, it has better corrosion resistance and yield strength, with similar of weldability and machinability.
310S stainless steel:It is also known as 2520 stainless steel, because of the high content of nickel (Ni), and chromium (Cr), has good resistance to oxygen
Chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, acid, and alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance
Ferritic steel:
Type 430: It has high resistance to corrosion of nitric acid, sulfur-containing gases, organic acids, and edible acids, etc.
Martensitic steel:
Type 410: lowest alloy content compared to other martensitic steels.
Specifications:
Thickness: ordinary processing 0.5mm ~ 8.0mm, precision processing roll mesh 0.05mm ~ 0.3mm.
Width: within 1.5m of sheet mesh, 25 mm~1500 mm of roll mesh.
Length: within 5m of sheet mesh, 100m～500m of rolled mesh.
Hole diameter: ordinary processing 1mm～100mm, precision processing 0.2mm～0.8mm (size within 500×500mm)
Arrangement: straight type (90-degree straight row), staggered type (60-degree staggered row, 45-degree staggered row), irregular arrangement, a combination of large and small holes, etc.
Surface state: matte (2B), bright (BA), mirror (6K/8K), brushed (HL), etc., generally commonly used state is 2B surface.
Packing: Plastic film packing, pallet transportation, or according to customers' requirements.
